Riverside Restaurant is a fully licensed family owned business run by Anne O'Hara and her husband, Chef Anthony Kelly. Anthony is an award-winning chef and uses local produce where possible when cooking. He is a founder member and trustee of the 'Chefs of Mayo'.

Restaurant Opening Times

  • May - September - all day everyday
    • Breakfast 8.30am - 11.30am (earlier on request)
    • Lunch 12.30 - 5.30pm
    • Dinner/A la Carte 6pm - 9.30pm
  • Groups catered for - up to 50 people - for parties, christenings, celebrations, bus tours etc. Contact us for details


A firm favourite with customers is Anthony's recipe for 'Chicken Riverside' but Anthony won't give the recipe here as it is now a family secret and you will just have to come and dine to taste it!

A selection of Anthony's homemade produce is also available to buy in correct season (bread and marmalade available all year), which includes the following:
